I sure do hope that every Creative Eater out there had a warm and wonderful Thanksgiving! Now, here’s something else to be thankful for — the post-Thanksgiving Dagwood sandwich. Take a few slices of cold or warm leftover turkey breast, some heated dressing (stuffing) and some cold or room temperature cranberry sauce, put it all between two slices of bread that have been coated with mayonnaise and get ready to enjoy one of the best-tasting sandwiches you’ve ever eaten! You’ll have clumps of this or that falling out, so make sure to eat it over a plate ;-) My Dad’s been making these since I was a kid, and they’re one of my all-time favorites…enjoy!
